Aerial Youth Yoga
Elevate your yoga practice to new heights—both physically and mentally! This dynamic class beautifully combines traditional floor-based yoga with the excitement of aerial yoga, offering tweens and teens a unique opportunity to develop strong bodies and strong minds.
Using silk hammocks, students will not only challenge their physical strength and flexibility but also engage their mental resilience. As they improve balance, coordination, and body awareness, they’ll learn the importance of mindfulness through breathwork and intentional movement. This practice encourages them to move with purpose, fostering self-confidence and a deeper connection to themselves.
Each session concludes with a calming float in the hammock, providing a moment of peace that leaves them feeling refreshed and recharged—ready to tackle the challenges of the world with strength and clarity.
No prior yoga or aerial experience is necessary—just an open mind and a spirit of adventure!

“Thank you so much for the great birthday class yesterday! Josie had a blast sharing yoga silks with her friends. It was just what she wanted. We’re grateful that Courtney could teach the class, as the girls loved her! We hope at least one of her friends will join her for the upcoming Saturday sessions. We’ll see! It was a great way to kick off the year.”-Jen
