An immersive mini-retreat designed for nurturing souls, led by

Emily Munce, Licensing Mental Health Counselor

I am a therapist trained in Holistic Counseling. I am a relationship builder, a holder of great spaces and a change facilitator. I work with people who long to feel valued, heard and understood but who feel buried under the weight of their fears and past experiences. I allow my clients room to discover their own worth and capacity for change so they can get excited about the possibilities that are available to them. I know from my own struggles that self-compassion is innately held in the body and can be a path to great healing. I believe that every person—no matter their life story, identity, or beliefs about themselves—deserves the opportunity to experience a full life. I have over a decade of experience working with women and men who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues or a negative relationship with their bodies. I have studied Holistic and Spiritual Counseling, Mindfulness Practices, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Practices, Intersectional Feminist Theory and Narrative Therapy. I am also an amateur herbalist. It is my view that healing is truly “holistic” encompassing people as their whole; body, mind and spirit.

Renee Koczkodan, Certified Yoge Teacher 500hr

From my early years, I've been attuned to life's subtle energies, igniting a lifelong quest for holistic healing. Through yoga, introspection, journaling, ancestral lineage work, and my training as an herbalist, I've cultivated a profound understanding of self-care, enabling me to replenish my own cup and hold space for others. With over two decades of yoga practice and six years of teaching experience, I seamlessly integrate health coaching principles and herbalist wisdom into my teachings. My approach is rooted in lived experiences, offering a blend of ancient wisdom and modern practices to guide you towards holistic well-being. Join me for this enriching mini-retreat where you'll nourish your body, mind, and soul, and emerge empowered to nurture yourself and others.
